Check-in Check-Out

1. Check-in time is from 3:00pm each day and check-out time is 12:00pm.

2. Early check-in and late check-out may be permitted subject strictly to availability.

3. Late check-out if available, shall be no later than 4pm.

Reservation & Rates

1. Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register.

2. Valid identify verification will be requested during registration.

3. All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a per night basis.

4. Rates are subject to change.

5. Upon booking a 50% dowpayment and a Refundable RM300 deposit will be taken, and upon arrival balance payment will be taken before handing over of keys.

No-show / Shortened Stays

1. There will be no refund for no-shows or shortened stays and meals.

Restrictions

1. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and the surrounding local area, loud music, parties or behaviour that disturbs other neighbours are NOT permitted. Accordingly, no musical equipment is allowed to be brought in from outside.

2. No NON-HALAL food, including Alcohol and pork allowed on premiss.

3. No pets are allowed.

4. We respectfully request that guests do not smoke inside the villa. Smoking Outside the Villa is permitted. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked inside the Villa shall be subject to a cleaning fee of RM600.00 per night.

5. A fee of RM 600.00 will be charged IF restrictions have been found to be broken.

6. There is a Maximum limit of 16 guest per stay. Any additional guest requires an extra fee of RM 50 per guest.

Pool

1. Kindly wear proper swimming attire in our swimming pool.

2. There are no lifeguards at any of the pool and guests are advised to swim at their own risk.

3. Parents supervision is MANDITORY at all times when children are swimming.

4. Floties are available at request.

Photographs and Videos

1. Usage of photographs and videos taken within the property for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior consent from the management.
